How soon will WatchShip ship my order? WatchShip ships most orders within 24 hours if the order if placed by 2:00pm Central time. Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we will attempt to contact you.

Are all WatchShip's watches real? All watches sold from WatchShip are 100% guaranteed to be authentic and genuine. We do not ever sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches come in the original packaging with all original paperwork and factory serial numbers.
Do all Watchship's watches come with a warranty? Yes, all watches sold from WatchShip include a warranty: See page "warranty" for more details.

How can WatchShip offer such a great price? WatchShip maintains affordable prices on name brand watches because of our tremendous buying power. We buy product in large volumes and stock in house our entire inventory. Then due to our extremely low overhead, we can pass the savings on directly to the public.

The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me? No, unfortunately all the watches that we carry are listed on our web site. If the brand or model is not listed, than we do not carry it.
After the Order is Complete The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid? Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be trackable.
I need to get the battery changed in my watch? If your watch has a warranty through WatchShip, please fill out the RMA request form and WatchShip will change the battery for you. If your warranty is through the manufacturer, please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.
I would like to exchange my watch, what do I need to do? You must obtain a return authorization. Please contact us to obtain one
I would like to return my watch for a refund, what do I need to do? You must obtain a return authorization. Please contact us for instructions for returning the watch.
My watch appears to be defective, what should I do? Please contact us and describe the issue with as much detail possible. Please include the watch model number and your order number.
I have not received a watch I ordered? Please contact us with your name, order number, and watch model and we will investigate your situation.
My warranty is through WatchShip, and I need my watch serviced? Please contact us
